Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-24

These Terms of Service govern the use of Knipsa between the customer organization and MixVision Scandinavia AB. By creating an account, using the service, or connecting related flows, you accept these terms on behalf of the organization you represent.

Knipsa is a B2B service for automated handling of Meta Ads records and related bookkeeping flows toward Fortnox. If you use the service for an organization, you are responsible for having authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Company information

Knipsa is operated by MixVision Scandinavia AB, company registration number 559352-5685, Prästgatan 39, 774 35 Avesta, Sweden.

Service scope

Knipsa provides functionality to receive, analyze, structure, store, and sync Meta Ads records and related information within the scope of the service as currently offered.

The service may change over time. New functionality may be added, changed, limited, or removed without older marketing material or historical plans automatically becoming contractual commitments.

Accounts and authority

You are responsible for handling account details, permissions, credentials, and other access to the service securely within your organization.

  • users may only use the service for legitimate business purposes of the organization
  • you are responsible for ensuring that uploaded or forwarded materials are accurate, lawful, and relevant
  • you must notify us without undue delay if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident affecting your account

Permitted use and restrictions

You may not use Knipsa in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or the intended use of the service.

  • attempt to bypass security features or access controls
  • interfere with, overload, or damage the service environment
  • use the service to process materials you are not authorized to handle
  • copy, resell, sublicense, or improperly reverse engineer the service except where mandatory law permits it

Subscriptions, pricing, and payment

Pricing, quotas, overage fees, user limits, and add-ons are governed by the active subscription plan and the terms shown in the service or otherwise agreed in writing.

Where recurring billing or card payments are used, charges are made according to the billing model applicable to the selected plan. Prices are normally stated in SEK and may be changed prospectively with reasonable notice.

Taxes, duties, and similar charges are handled in accordance with applicable law and may be added where required.

Top-ups and one-time purchases

If extra credits or similar add-ons are purchased in the service, they are treated as separate one-time purchases and not as a recurring part of the subscription.

Those purchases are credited when payment has been confirmed in our billing flows and are used according to the logic that applies to the relevant usage or billing period.

Cancellation, termination, and refunds

If you cancel a recurring subscription, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period rather than immediately. The service may therefore remain available until that date.

If the service supports undoing a scheduled cancellation, you may reactivate the subscription before the cancellation actually takes effect.

Top-ups, extra credits, and other one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has completed and the credited value has been made available in the service.

As a general rule, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for started subscription periods or services already made available, except to the extent mandatory law requires otherwise.

Integrations and third-party services

Knipsa may integrate with third-party services such as Fortnox, Stripe, Supabase, Twilio, and providers of AI functionality. Those flows may depend on the continued operation and API availability of the relevant third-party service.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions by third-party providers that affect availability or functionality of the integration.

Customer responsibility for accounting output

Knipsa is an automation and support tool. The customer remains responsible for the final review of bookkeeping records, accounting outcomes, account mappings, VAT treatment, and other accounting judgments before information is relied upon internally or submitted to authorities.

Intellectual property

All rights in Knipsa, including software, interfaces, texts, design, documentation, and trademarks, belong to MixVision Scandinavia AB or its licensors.

You retain your rights in your own materials, but grant us the rights reasonably required to operate, store, process, and support the service on your behalf.

Availability, changes, and support

We aim for stable operations but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, or that the service will always be free from delays, interruptions, or dependencies on external providers.

Support is provided according to the support information and response targets published on knipsa.se or otherwise agreed separately.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to the service where necessary for security reasons, non-payment, suspected misuse, legal compliance, or where continued operation would create unreasonable risk for us, our customers, or third parties.

Limitation of liability

Knipsa is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, lost business opportunities, or damage arising from customer use, lack of review, or third-party provider behavior.

If liability nevertheless arises, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should first be addressed through dialogue between the parties and, failing resolution, be settled by Swedish general courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when the service, pricing, legal requirements, or our business model changes. The latest version is published on this page with the updated date shown above. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner before they take effect.
